differences there are between them and the

Mediterranean food pyramid.

Stage 2:

Decide what food you need to prepare for each

day. Make a shopping list to shop for the

ingredients at the supermarket.

Stage 3:

Write your menu and send it to your friend,

explaining why you have chosen each food on

the menu.
